Tesla just raised the price of its Wall Connector, and a few other things in the shop.
If you’ve been putting off ordering a home charger, it’s worth knowing the price just went up. Tesla raised prices on its Wall Connector and several other shop items this month, according to Not a Tesla App’s tracking of the Tesla shop, current as of September 17, 2026.
What got more expensive
The standard Wall Connector went from $535 to $585, and the Universal Wall Connector (the version with a J1772 adapter built in for charging non-Tesla EVs) went from $600 to $660. Those are the two most common home-charging purchases for a new owner, so the increase matters if you’re budgeting for delivery-day setup. A few accessory bundles moved up too: the Model 3 All-Weather Liner Bundle went from $330 to $370, the Model S version from $450 to $530, and the Model Y HEPA and Carbon Filter Kit rose from $90 to $95.
What got cheaper
Not everything moved up. Winter gear for the Model Y actually dropped in price: 19/20-inch snow chains fell from $265 to $250, 21-inch snow chains from $610 to $575, and 18/19-inch snow socks from $105 to $95 — useful if you’re shopping ahead of winter.
New and discontinued
Tesla also added new Cybertruck-specific gear, including a Bed Gear Box ($985) and a Tailgate Utility Track ($350), plus smaller items like a stainless steel paint-to-match mug and Dog Mode-themed toys. On the way out: several Model Y door liners, Model S sunshades and key bands, some Model X cargo liners, and a couple of discontinued Cybertruck items.
Tesla changes its shop lineup and pricing regularly without announcing it, so if you’re planning a purchase, check the current price in the shop before you budget for it rather than assuming last month’s number still holds.
