Pay the $250 order fee. The referral stays tied to that order number through delivery.

Take delivery
Three months of Full Self-Driving (Supervised) are added to the car at delivery. It shows up under Upgrades in the Tesla app; no code to enter.

What do I get for using a Tesla referral link in 2026?
Three months of Full Self-Driving (Supervised) at no charge on a new Model 3, Model Y, Cybertruck Premium AWD or Cyberbeast. At the $99 monthly subscription price that is worth about $297. The base Cybertruck AWD is excluded.
Is a Tesla referral code the same as a referral link?
Yes. Tesla issues each owner a short ts.la link that carries their referral code. Opening the link before you order applies the code to your session, so there is nothing to type at checkout.
Can I add a referral code after I have placed my order?
No. Tesla applies referral benefits only to orders started through a referral link. If you have already ordered, contacting Tesla before the car is assigned occasionally works, but it is not something the program guarantees.
Does using a referral link cost me anything or raise the price?
No. The vehicle price is identical with or without a referral. Tesla funds the FSD trial and pays the referrer $250 in Tesla Credits from its own marketing budget.
Does the referral FSD trial stack with the trial every new Tesla gets?
Tesla has at times offered a separate 30-day trial to every new car. Whether the two run back to back is set by Tesla's current terms at delivery, which the app shows under Upgrades. Plan on three months as the referral benefit and treat anything more as a bonus.
What does the referrer receive?
The owner whose link you use receives $250 in Tesla Credits, spendable on Supercharging, accessories, software and service, capped at ten referrals a year. That is how GetTesla funds the free calculators and guides.
Does the referral program apply to Tesla solar or Powerwall?
